tsonkovski, there is nothing wrong with that PDF file. Must be your acrobat reader or something on your end.

As suggested in the forums, I removed and examined the control unit. All the solderings look good. Now what should I do? Please provide your suggestions.

Even if you did not find anything wrong visually, there is still very high chance for the control module to be the culprit in such situation. - The control module Part number: AP2802870

Well, I need repair help for a Bosch SHU33A06UC/40 It keeps leaking from the Water Valve. (at least that where it looks like it's leaking from) We replaced it in March, 2010, when putting down a new floor. Now, we have water under that floor and when looking again, it appears as if it;s leaking in the same place. Is this possible?

Well, It's A Little Late In Coming. We Fixed The Dishwasher 2 Weeks Ago By Replacing The Water Pump. But, I Did Use Some Of The Info Found On Your Website, So Thanks For That.:)

Gene. Gene, I have a SHX46A with the controls "under the counter" ie on top edge of door. Control Unit is AP3194844. Does this control panel series suffer the same relay solder burn problem of the SHU units that are most prevalent in this discussion? Thanks

It might be.
The best solution is probably to remove the module and inspect it.

Gene, Removed module, Relay was "unsoldered" like other models. Re-soldered and back in business but also ordered 12 amp relay from DigiKey. So yes, the problem and solution extend to the under counter controller in my SHX46A05UC/14
