It calls "Scratch-B-Gone". Home edition package includes: 1 Grip Tool, 1 Abrasive Pad, 1 Brown Pad, 1 Grey Pad, 1 Abrasive Strip, 1.75oz Bottle Ultra Shine, 1 Microfiber Towel, 1 Instruction Sheet and DVD. - The part number for the Scratch-B-Gone is AP4355658 Gene.
