We have a Frigidaire model Number #PLHS67EESBO. And the front panel control of the temperaure is going down and up. This control is for the freezer and the refrigerator.
How can we fixed?

By fortune reading differents forums, i took the option to replace the control temperature panel, it cost to me USD$160. i do the installation follow the instructions and the freezer and refrigerator are working very well.

How could i know whats wrong with my refrigerater the bottom part get warm and the frezzer works fine the bottom part is not cooling for nothing

You may want to start your own post using Post New Topic.
I do not know if you unit is the same model but your problem looks different than the original post so adding to this one will just confuse things.

Be sure to include the make and model.
Also a description of the problem and anything that you have tried to diagnose it.
