Here are your parts
Replacement parts for MAYTAG MZD2766GEQ REF - SXS/I&W | AppliancePartsPros.com

Check that the compressor is actually running you should be able to feel it vibrating.

Unfortunately the parts breakdown does not show the unit's frame/case.
But usually just removing the cardboard cover at the back will let yo get at the compressor and condenser coils so you can check/clean them.
Also remove and check/clean the front kick plate.

The unit has a jelly roll condenser coil and they are a pain to clean.
Best to blow out with compressed air but then dust will be everywhere.
I also have this set up but my kitchen door is directly opposite the fridge so I can remove the covers and roll the unit to the open door and then blow it out and most of the dust goes outside. A leaf blower also works.

Check that the compressor/condenser fan is running.
Also clean the fan blades if they need it.

Check the freezer temperature with a thermometer, should be 0 to 5 degrees F.

Check that the evaporator (freezer) fan is running. It is required for efficient cooling and to circulate cold air into the fresh food side.

If all OK remove the cover from inside the freezer so you can inspect the evaporator coils.

If they are heavily iced/frosted over you have a defrost problem.
If there is just frost in one area then you likely have a sealed system problem.

Glad to hear you are up and running.
Sounds like it was a defrost problem.

And thanks for getting back to us. Now when others search for a similar problem they will see what actually worked instead of just suggestions about what could be the cause.
