I have a Whirlpool side by side that is not longer cooler or making ice. The freezer is the temp that the fridge should be. 2 days ago we pulled front cover off and cleaned the very dusty coils as well as everything under the fridge. The fans are working however it does not appear that the compressor is kicking on. From what I have read, I believe that its the start relay that needs to be replaced. If so, is this the correct part that I need: http://www.appliancepartspros.c...em-number-ap3083556.aspx

Thank you for all your help!

Thank you richahppy! Hopefully that takes care of the issue. I've checked the defrost timer, the frost on the coils and I think I've narrowed it down to the start relay or the compressor.

Thanks again.
