Since we first bought the oven, it would sometimes just stop heating. When the frequency of this increased, we called a repair man who replaced the Motherboard for around $200. This did not work at all. The oven seems to shut down more frequently when baking at temps under 300, but will also shut off over 350 degrees. I now have to keep a thermometer in the oven so I can monitor when the temp is dropping. When it drops 10 degrees or more, I shut it off and restart it. Sometimes I have to do this 6 or 7 times. Help!

Our oven experience was very similar.
I replaced the motherboard/clock on our oven and the problem remained. I replaced the temp sensor as well. Check the Ohms across the leads on your temp sensor, ours was rated at 1080 Ohms, but it was lower than that. It didn't fix the problem.
I had already replaced the ignitor with a 'new' one, and made the assumption that it was good, but it turned out that it wasn't good, even though that it is operable. These ignitors complete a circuit when they are hot and ready to ignite the gas which signals the gas valve to open. Sometimes that signal is weak and the gas valve intermittently opens and closes, during a call for heat. You can visually check that by removing the inside oven bottom and operate the bake cycle. Watch it and see if the flame isn't weak and sporadic, cutting in and out, as I suspect. If it is: That is a weak (but operable) ignitor. Replace it with an O.E.M. ignitor and you'll be good to go.
That was my experience, I hope that it helps you, tommyboy84

Check the configuration of the ignition holes (in the red circle) on the Bake burner as shown on the attached picture. If there are just four holes (bottom picture) then the burner has to be replaced. If there are eight holes (upper picture) then take a drill bit one size bigger than the existing holes and enlarge all of the eight holes. - The part number for the Bake burner is AP3598752Here are the break down diagrams for the Whirlpool range Model GS445LEMS0Gene. Gene attached the following image(s):

Gene, your suggestion to drill the holes larger worked! I didn't understand how it should work, because the oven only quit heating at lower temps. This made me believe it would be due to a sensor or something along those lines. But anyway, so far, it's worked. Thanks so much!
