Freezer and fridge is warm, I had to remove all the food. Everything seems to be working. The fan at the bottom (shroud condensor) is working, the freezer setting is 1, and the fridge setting is 36.
I replace the compressor starting device and capacitor (AP4079373), that did not solve the problem, fridge and freezer still warm.

If the compressor is not running then the problem very likely is a bad HV control board (#13 on the diagram).

- The control board Part number: AP4014490

I replace the HV board (AP4014490), that did not solve the problem, fridge and freezer still warm. When I put the new board in I had to program it and put in the code, it took about 10 minutes before the fan at the bottom started to work. hope you can help me.

Audley,

Possible it stock in the defrost cycle. Run it in Service mode as described in the attached file and post the results.

I rechecked, and the Program Code is correct. I went in the Force Defrost Mode and the Fd and Sh flashed indicating the unit is in defrost. In the Service Test Mode I did Defrost Heater and Defrost Circuit.
Nothing seem to work the Freezer and Fridge still warm.

Check the compressor for continuity as described in one of our previous threads: http://forum.appliancepartspros...not-cool.html#post281680

If the compressor tests OK, replace the LV board (#13 on the diagram)

- The LV board Part number: AP4080672
Part number: AP4080672

I checked the compressor for continuity it was OK. I called in a repairman, he said the compressor need freeon gas, that would cost $358.00. I decided not to repair it and bought a new refridge.
Thanks for everything you did.
