Hi, new here. I am trying to replace the agitator dogs in the machine and for some reason I cant get the upper agitator off the lower part to get to the dogs. I have the entire agitator off the machine, have removed the center bolt and can see the dogs but cant get them out to replace them. I was told that after removing the center bolt the upper section would seperate from the lower section and then I could replace the dogs. I must be over looking something.
I can send picture if needed.
Thanks Charles
