I am in need of help with a GE dishwasher. After running a complete wash cycle the dishes are still soaked when I go to take them out. The dishwasher runs fine and I feel steam coming from the upper vent when it is in the dry cycle. Any and all suggestions as what to check would be appreciated. Thank you for your expert advice.

Make sure you keep the jet dry disp full and dont wash a lot of plastic ware at once if you are doing all that put an amp probe on a heater wire and see what the amp draw is in a dry cycle

During a dry cycle open the unit up to see if the heating element is hot.
Spit on the end of a finger works (same as checking a hot iron) but don't burn your finger or a couple drops of water on it. |
