I have a customer with the above Whirlpool Model - ED25TEXHW02 - Circa 2000.

The Ice Flapper Door in the chute, does not completely close. It allows warm air to enter freezer section.

Are there any update kits, parts, or revisions for this problem...??

I have same problem - the door gasket is worn out, can be replaced for $15 plus shipping.
