Got the F02 error on my Duet washer and removed and cleaned the pump filter (Found an old car key and some lint, but the filter wasn't that full of junk) and drum drain boot. I Used a shop vac to pull water out the rear drain pipe and it doesn't appear to have a blockage. While the pump was on the floor in front of the machine, I reattached its power connector and ran a drain cycle with no water in the drum and the "no spin" option selected, and the pump sounded fine. But, when I did a spin/rinse cycle, the pump sounded very loud and no water was pumped out. My first thought was to replace the pump, but then I thought there might be some other problem with the machine what would cause these symptoms. Or, is the noise I'm hearing caused by the pump failing under load conditions? Thanks for any help you can give me on this problem.

I think you are correct in that the pump is likely the problem. Change it ut and see if that fixes things.
