The problem I have is a strange one. About a week ago in the fridge section, I noticed something strange had formed on the inside of my water pitcher. Ice had started to form. Now, this is strange to me because I've never tampered with the settings since I first bought the fridge. I thought nothing of the ice. A week later (now), I went to get some ice cream from the freezer and when I opened the container it had started to melt. The ice in the ice box were starting to melt. I immediately opened the fridge section and this too had started to warm up.
I've checked throughout the forums for causes and solutions but I'm unable to really locate a solid one. I've opened up the back panel and checked the coils and they're pretty much clean.
Anyone have this problem before?
Thanks, Krista

Was their a frost pattern on the coils in the back of the freezer? If not it's probably a sealed system problem.

There weren't any frost patterns at all. Just minimal dust, if anything. Do you think it would be an easy fix?
