both arms on my Danby DDW1809W wont turn. I've cleaned both arms but it made no difference. The gasket on the top arm is pooched.

I found a bit of debris in the filter which I cleaned but made no difference.

What can it be?

So I dicked around with it a bit today and the bottom one looks like its working again. Top one still not.

The correct model number is
DDW1802W I was wrong on the first one.
