Temperatures in both sections are 32.5F and 2F (wife likes it really cold in refrig section). Some frost buildup in freezer. Fan runs non-stop and this is new and frost emerged at the same time. Bottom freezer on this box. Coils were nasty, cleaned those....no change. Also gave it a bit more clearance in back. Both sides are a bit close, BUT this is a new problem and it has been fine for over a year in same position.

Based upon other posts....sounds like a defrost timer circuit board perhaps.
Other things to try? Where is it on this box?

Here are your parts includes a wiring diagram.

Was the condenser/compressor fan running?
Your freezer temperature looks OK (recommended is 0 to 5 degrees F).
Your fresh food temperature is way off (recommended is about 40 degrees F)
I am surprised that the food is not freezing in the fresh food side.
Your unit is working extra hard trying to maintain the fresh food temperature.
It is probably costing you quite a lot in electrical bills as the compressor is running most of the time.
I would recommend raising the fresh food temperature.

I do not think it is a defrost problem. If it was then the temperatures would be higher as a unit with ice/frost clogged up evaporator coils cannot maintain the low temperatures you list.
Defrost does not remove frost from inside the freezer compartment, it should only remove frost from the evaporator coils.
There is one caveat to the above and that is if the defrost thermostat does not turn the defrost heater off when all the ice/frost has melted off the coils. This then adds more heat into the freezer compartment melting some of the food and creating moisture which then condenses onto the freezer walls. This can be checked by putting some ice cubes in a pan and leaving them there for a couple days. If they end up all frozen together then the defrost thermostat may be the problem.

I would check the door seals perhaps you have a leak and warm moist air is entering the unit.
Take a 2 inch strip of paper and place it between the seal and unit's frame. Then pull it out to see if it is actually sealing. Work your way around both doors checking it every 6 inches or so.
Make sure the seal and frame are clean.
Sometimes the seal on the hinge side can stick and curl some so the seal is no good. A light coating of white lithium grease or vaseline often fixes this.

If you mean the defrost timer it is in the control module (Item 12 in Section 3)

Look under the control panel for a hole. Your defrost timer is above that AP4077325 With a flat bladed screwdriver, the control till the compressor stops running, then remove freezer back cover and check for defrost action. If none, you probably have a bad defrost thermostat mounted on the top of the evaporator coil.
