Samsung Dishwasher Runs 1 cycle then won't turn back on

Our Samsung dishwasher runs 1 cycle perfectly and then won't turn back on. Panel is dead like it has NO electricity. BUT, the garbage disposal which is on the same circuit breaker still works fine, so electricity is there. The circuit breaker appears to be fine--not tripped (and disposal still works so it is not tripped.). If you turn circuit breaker off--disposal does not work. If we turn circuit breaker off and then on again, the dishwasher will immediately work just fine again--for exactly 1 cycle again. Samsung gave us a new 2nd dishwasher. Same problem. Electrician moved the dishwasher/disposal to a new breaker Same problem. Changed breaker from 15 to 20 amps. Same problem. Moved back to old breaker. Same problem. We literally have to go down to the basement and flip the circuit breaker every time before we run the dishwasher. Occasionally, if we try to turn it on immediately after it finishes a cycle, it WILL come right back on. But if we wait a few hours or until the next day it is dead again. Old Kitchen Aid dishwasher worked fine for 15 years in the same spot and on same circuit. What is going on? Electrician AND Samsung are stumped. HELP!

I have same problem and have to flip the circuit breaker every time, even the circuit breaker is still on.
Any one know what is wrong?

I'm sorry to say that I also have the same issue. I installed a GFCI outlet under the sink and purchased a 20 amp adjustable angle male plug. I placed it on the dishwasher and have been plugging and unplugging it each time. My next step is to route the dishwasher line through a 20 amp light switch that will be more conveniently placed. I will then be able to turn the switch on and off rather than trip a breaker or unplug anything.
