The machine is working with all the cycle except the spin cycle that mean the machine wash and drain the water but when it reach to the spin cycle will not spin therefore the cloth still wet, I already change the motor start switch, my machine is the top loader machine, any advised?

If the motor runs, but it wont spin, replace the drive coupler!!!:)

i would like to clarify what I mean, in the cycles normal, ultra clean, 2nd rinse,pre-soak,and permanent press.The operations in the mode of washing, rinsing ,and off are working fine. however, there is no operation in the spinning mode. i have change the following parts ..motor start switch, Agitator repair kit.please tell me how correct problem in the spinning mode

The lid switch has been changed, it's new. The water is draining in the rinse mode/cycle but not in spin cycle/mode. It doesn't drain completely in the spin mode.
in the spin cycle the basket does not move or spin at all.

do you here any motor sounds at this point? or is it completely quiet. have you tried different spin cycles ,like gentle or permenant press, have you tried jiggling timer knob in spin .to see if contacts in timer are not closing

Just finished working on similar problem with my Maytag Alantis...Turned out the portion of the drive pully on the main shaft that is suposed to disingage the brake when the motor reverses for the spin cycle was worn and not backing the brake off, I fixed the problem with a larger shim between the "C" clip that holds the drive pully on and the drive pully itself, thus pressing down harder on the brake. I have know idea if your machien even operates this way but its worth a try, if your drum feels siezed.

could be your clutch. is your water drianing out.
