I removed the lower back panel of the refrigirator. The condensor motor is making a loud noise. Sounds like an airplane propell. I do not hear whinning noises. The condensor is running normal. It is just lot of noise back there. Please, tell me what I need to do. Do you have instructions for diagnostic? What do you suggest?

Unplug the unit.
Unplug the fan.
If the noise disappears you know for sure it is the fan.

If fan blades are OK and clean (no imbalance), I would replace it.
