Is there some kind of air flow meter that might keep the gas from coming on? The reason i ask is that for about two weeks now the fan blade that pulls the air through the dryer has been making a noise and appears to need replacing. I thought that if it wasn't spinning at the right rpm that maybe it might keep the gas from coming on. Anyway I've checked the igniter and it ohms out at 183 ohms. Does anyone know what it checks before it allows power to the igniter? Thanks in advance.
