It appears that 3 buttons are not working on front panel: auto clean,custom broil and bake. All other functions seem OK. Tried cycling power-no help. tried to remove front panel but could not get it off. ? Pls help.

It sounds like the touch pad could be the problem. It is hard to tell. Tom
