Here are your parts
Replacement parts for WHIRLPOOL GI7FVCXWY02 REFRIGERATOR | AppliancePartsPros.com

See the attachment for the tech sheet.

Run the diagnostics to see if a problem will show up.
The damper and the fridge thermistor would be at the top of the list.
The damper regulates the amount of cold air that enters the fresh food side.
Also put a thermometer in the freezer to see its actual temperature, should be between 0 and 5 degrees F.
Would not hurt to get an actual fresh food side temperature.

Have you tried unplugging the unit for a couple minutes to see if it will reset?

If the diags run OK then you may want to get a pro in ads this is a complex unit and unless you have a meter and some experience it will be difficult to troubleshoot.
