Advice for faulty spin cycle of HE3t Kenmore front loading

 HE3t Kenmore front loading automatic washer still washes beautifully...however the spin cycle has not been working properly. It drains but spins consistently on a medium (and lower) spin cycle. Although not dripping wet it is a far cry from "extra high" and High spin dry cycles for most of my clothes/towels. I have followed manufacturer guide and redistributed clothes and pushed spin and drain only. Still spins at same rpm around medium and lower. What could be possibly wrong. The drum spins but not correctly for the setting of extra high or high. My husband also checked the hoses...all seems the same.

Look under the top and you should find some tech notes that will tell you how to put it in diagnostic mode and generate error codes.
Focus on the electronics/boards.
