I start my dryer and it will run for about 10 min and then the timer bell goes off. I can't restart the dryer....I wait, about 20 min later I hear the timer again, dryer still won't start....I wait, about 20 min later I hear the timer again. Usually after the 3rd timer goes off I can restart the dryer.
The knob that starts the dryer is broken, I use the STUB to operate. I can't tell which cycle I am on, but I try to go by the guide on the dryer to choose the cycle. Can the timer be unhooked? Will dryer work without timer? This dryer was give to me, I don't have manual, can't find manual online, not sure that would help anyway. I'm sure this is something simple but don't know what to do. The dryer works great, its just this timer issue...driving me CRAZY!!!!:confused:
