Interesting question, no sure its something I have ever done or worked with Here is a link to a service manual. It talks about unpacking the washer but reversing the process should work. For the dryer I would immobilize the drum, and that should do it. You can get to it by raising the top, which is done by inserting a screw driver in the gap between the front and the top near the edges and releasing clips. http://www.emaservicetips.com/p...6851_Affinity_washer.pdf
