It seems simple, but when I get the belt looped around it seems way too big. But I measured it to the the other belt and its the same. Appreciate any help. Thanks.

Make sure the belt ridged side is against the drum. Then there is only one way belt will go on right. The belt should form an S shape when put on right. Loop it around and under idler pulley and around the motor pulley.
