Hey just purchased this washer ..had been in storage for about 10 months..hauled it home on my trailer hooked it all up and ran it with no clothes just to clean it..seemed ok?? next load it wasnt happy..starts to fill and after about 3 seconds codes up F-11 ... Heres the weird part...Pulled all the covers off to have a looksy..and discovered that probably during transportation one of the main upper springs came off and one of the lower shocks came apart....OK so I put it back together and still F 11...But I noted anytime the unit was plugged in you could hear an audible buzzing from the upper rear circuit board...went ahead an purchased a new complete board and hooked it all up..NO BUZZING!! thought cool..so put it all together hit the button....F-11 AGAIN !!!! I really have NO idea were to go now..other than taking it in...thanks for any help...

F-11 is a communication error between the CCu and MCU since you already replaced the CCu its probably the motor controller which is down in the baseplate also check the wire harness that all the connectors are plugged in or the wiring didnt get damaged from the broken shocks here is the Data Sheet http://www.servicematters.com/docs/wiring/wiring_main.htm
