Since, the first day my Gallery Frigidaire Side By Side refrigerator was delivered in Dec. 2010. I have had this problem. We have had service call after service call (the latest being today). It is not always the same drawer, it varies after each service call. I have discarded hundreds of dollars worth of food. I bought the extended warranty (I didn't dare not to). We have written to the CEO and corresponded extensively with customer service to little avail. I think by now, my refrigerator should be replaced, because it has never been right since day one. The ice machine also makes an avalanche with the use of ice cubes. I will never buy an Electrolux or Frigidaire product again. Also, Harp Home Repair is useless.
