I Have A Maytag Neptune Washer, The Problem I`m Having Is When I Push The Start/pause It Just Beeps The Door Dose Not Latch Nor Dose The Water Fill,i Can Not Change The Settings On The Membrane Pad, It Seems As If The Pad Is Frozen.i Got Out The Trouble Shooting Guide That Came With The Washer And Read It, I Tried To Get Into System Diagnostics Service Mode By Pressing Down The Delicates And Heavy Soil Keys For 3 Seconds,nothing Happened,the Led Lights Did Not Change It Just Went Beep,beep,beep, I Hope You Can Help Me Out And Point Me In The Right Direction Thank You,frustrated In North Ridgeville

With your type of problem the likely cause is a main control board failure, but you will have to go ahead and replace it to confirm that diagnosis. If you buy from this site and the part does not fix the problem you can return it, see the returns policy for details and conditions.
