GE model WCCB1030T4AC commercial washer
2 speed
goes through all cycles except when it gets to last spin cycle, the water drains, but the machine won't spin. Clothes are still soaked.

If it is spinning after the wash cycle then it seems like it is ok mechanically and the problem is with the control unit.

Thank you so much for your help.
Is the control unit the metal housing timer or the buttons on the selection panel on the top of the washer? This is a coin operated machine.

The control unit is inside the console, but I am not familiar with this model as a coin operated machine, and cannot even tell if you the coin mechanism is potential problem.
