My dryer hums as it drys..it drys well but the loud hum is coming the back left hand corner where the spindle and belt is..how do i stop this?

Check the rear bearing (#12 on the break down diagram).

Here are the break down diagrams for the White Westinghouse dryer Model WER211ES0

Also check the blower wheel.
Make sure there is nothing between the wheel and the case.
Make sure it is tight on the motor shaft
Make sure it is clean
