My Spacemaker is 5 years old and recently started making a buzzing/humming noise. It's intermittent. When you look into the microwave at the top when it's making the noise you can see a flickering light.

Can anyone provide insight into what the issue is? Is it expensive to fix? Can I fix it myself? Or considering a new microwave would be around $300 should I just buy a new one?

Thanks!

remove the three locks (#33 on the diagram) and the stirrer cover. Remove the stirrer (#121) and inspect it and top panel above the stirrer for any damages. Post the results.
