There will be a fat hose coming down from the tub to the pump. In there, there is a filter. If the pump is clogged up it will never spin at full speed. If you do that, and it does not work, replace the motor control board. If you are in the back of the washer it is the white color assembly on the back right hand corner. Tom ApplianceEducator.com
