I'm actually not sure how old the washer is because we're renting. But, I can't get it to start now...after just washing a load. Any suggestions for trying to self-fix? Thanks!

Check to see that you are getting power to the timer. If so, then the timer is likely a problem, but move it to the spin portion just to see.
