fridge evap coil is freezing up and will not go into defrost. tried to put it in manual defrost did the 9 min cycle but coik still frozzen. Checked heater coil and defrost switch both checked out ok. tech said it was the control board. need to know if control board would create problem the part numbers to fix and where its located in fridge. do i also need the power main board?

I would replace the control board AP4362602 behind the control panel.
