HELP - We have standing water at the base of the spray arm and loads of debris in the strainer. I am having no luck removing the spray arm or strainer. Our dishes, particularly the top rack, are drying with filth. Please help. TIA

Tried Model GSD4020Z and see you probably have a jammed drain solenoid. Part AP2039683

Remove your kick panel under the door, the drain solenoid is attached to the motor. With a little skill, you can replace it without pulling out the dishwasher.
