You will need to test the heater between the contact and the housing. It is normally 2MW. If it is bad, you will need to replace the heater. Hope this helps. Rank: Advanced Member Groups: Moderators Joined: 2/14/2011(UTC) Posts: 816		Hello bo_okie1. To access and test the heater, you will need to remove the bottom toe panel of the washer. There are some screws across the bottom you will remove and the toe panel pulls out and down. Once removed, you will see the heater terminals on the front of the washer tub at the bottom. You can test the heater there. Hard water can cause the heater to fail more quickly. Hope this helps.
