Hello, quite new to this but hopefully someone can help. Just today what look like the ring balancer (not too sure) is busted maybe. When its on the spin cycle, it bangs around on the inside. It looks to be a little shredded and some pieces went inside tub. It also smells a little bit. Im not sure if that just floats in there or if its supposed to be attached. And if i need to replace it, no idea how to do it. Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you.
