Hello experts!,
We moved into our new home a month ago. At that time i filled the machines rinse agent resevoir. It has a fill plug. It has been about a month, and the fill level hasn't moved. What gives?
Thanks,
Greg in Plainfield, IN:confused:

I asked a repairman several questions about this machine and here are the answers: 1) Rinse Agent Dispenser (located in the door): If the plug is screwed tight, the rinse agent is prevented from flowing. It should be turned about half closed. 2) Poor Washing - esp the Top Rack: The tower that pops out of the center of the lower spray arm isn't shooting the water straight up and into the funnel of the upper spray arm. This is because one or both of the clips that hold the spray arm assembly in the base are broken, allowing the tower and spray arm to tip slightly - enough to redirect the water! 3) Water Level Too Low: We removed the water intake valve and cleaned a bit of grit from the screen. This only helped temporarily. The repairman said that after about 5 years and the use of hot water, the washer (?) inside the valve expands and blocks the free flow of water into the machine. It is very easy to replace this valve.
