Water is dripping into the refrigerator bins. I have read many other postings and assume it could mean I need to defrost / unclog the drain. But there is no obvious way to remove back panel from outside. One white tube comes out from middle of frig in the back and assume that is drian, but how to disconnect it without damage. Can I force it off from the back for cleaning?

The defrost drian should be behind the rear panel inside the freezer under the evaporator coils.
