Joe / APP team, I got it working!!!
As you can see from the threads I troubleshot everything and narrowed it down to the frozen water line in the freezer door. I tried several methods to thaw the door, hair dryer, paint stripping gun, auger, and finally steam. I rigged up an elaborate contraption to force steam into the tube from either end, and no success because without sufficient pressure the steam wouldn't reach the blockage. This became a safety concern - steam under pressure!!!!!!
Finally, I just bit the bullet, emptied the freezer and let it thaw for 18 hours, and voila!!! What have I learned - let me pass on the steps for other Forum users.
1. Check to see if you are getting water at the disconnect at the bottom of the fridge. If yes, the problem is in your freezer door. Then check the dispensor switch for continuity. If the switch is good your line is frozen.
2. If no water at the disconnect, check the voltage the water valve solenoids at the back to determine if they are functioning. Replacing the mother board seems to be an unlikely solution and to me is a last resort.
3. If the tube in the freezer door is frozen, don't waste a lot of time coming up with Rube Goldberg devices to fix it. Just empty the freezer and thaw it.
4. When you empty the freezer, shut off the water, and empty the ice tray.
Hope this helps, and I appreciate the APP team help as I was troubleshooting.

Kerry Kerry, Great job, Thanks for the update, it'll come in handy for other APP Forum users. My only reccomendation would be, to set and keep the freezer temperature 5 to 7 degrees(air temp.) That should tranlate to a food/product temp of 0 to 3 degrees(roughly), and keep you out of trouble. Good Luck, :) :) :)

This is a great thread and I appreciate all the great information. My dispenser tube broke at the tip where it comes out the door. I have a Kitchenaid KSCS25FJSS00 and I ordered Part Number: AP3179954 to get the new dispenser tube I needed. It was relatively easy to get the face off and pull the old tube out through the dispenser, but I can't seem to get the new tube out at the bottom of the freezer door after I thread it through. It feels like it is getting to the bottom, based on the length i'm feeding into the dispenser, but then it feels like it is hitting something and I have no clue how to get it out the bottom. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Vbiro, Your fill tube is most likely getting "hung up" on the wire harness(it uses the same route as the fill tube. Or it gets hung up on the "hinge Cup" in the bottom of the door. You may need to get a helper, to push on the tube, while you direct the tube, through the cup. Good Luck, :) :) :)
