My Jenn-Air Microwave will not heat. Could it be a thermostat? Everything else works on it. It acts like it is working but the food is cold.
Model# JMV8196AAB.

If the interior lights and the turn table are working and there is no unusual noises then, most likely, the problem is a bad magnetron or a bad control board.
