Thank you for all the help Gene, my new motor works (I got it on craigslist), and for now the washer seems to work. Thanks again.

Sometimes it spins real slow. Now it won't even agitate. I don't see a green light flashing even in total darkness. WPRE6150k2wt is the model number. After reading everything it seems to be the motor. But why would it sometimes spin real slow??? What is the part # for the motor and fuse on the r/w wire?

Try to reset the error code. Unplug the washer for a few minutes. Reconnect the power and open and close the lid 10 times within 12 seconds.
If it would not help then remove the shifter coil plug (the only plug with the two wires) from the inverter and check the resistance across these two wires. Normal reading suppose to be about 98 Ohms.
If the coil is open, the mode shifter assembly must be replaced.
If the reading is correct, replace the motor assembly. for some models the motor assembly has to be replaced together with the mode shifter assembly.
If you need the correct part numbers, post the complete model number of the washer and the motor part number from the motor inverter top cover. If there are no labels, check the label on the motor itself.
Gene. Gene, I wanted to thank you...I had a clogged pump, which I think led to the machine shutting down prematurely. After I unclogged the pump, it would do everything but agitate. After resetting the machine by unplugging for a few minutes, then plugging in and opening/closing the lid 10 times in 12 seconds, we are back in business! thank you!!!

just thought id put my two cents in i have seen time and time again were these idiots charge for a motor only to find out its nothing more than a open fuse link. think their going to put the origional motor back on heck no they will tell you it was the motor keep it and sell it again to the next customer. Look through the left side for the green light if no steady light or bliking light then 100% the fuse link is open:)

A such time intervals for the status LED is very unusual and is not listed as an error code. If it's normal then it should blink 1 second On & 1 second Off in standby, and 1/2 sec On & 1/2 sec Off while it's running. Otherwise the LED should blink a number of time (depends on an error detected) for a 1/4 of second each and then Off for the reminder of a 6 seconds period. Gene.

The signal LED flashing 6 times with free motor and tubs leading to a bad motor. The mode shifter coils test result shows it to be bad as well. So both the motor/inverter assembly and the mode shifter assembly have to be replaced. - The motor/inverter assembly Part number: WH20X10058
