This thing has had leaking issues since the first day. I've tried new seals, no seals, plumbers putty and combinations of all. It almost looks like the sink flange is warped and can't sit flat in the sink. Is this a replacement item or for simplicity and desperation, will a bead of silicone stand a chance at seling this?

Tippsy, It's not likely that silicone sealer will solve the problem, Maybe temporarily. Yes, individual parts are available : Part number: AP2037689
