The heating element in my oven burnt out. I attempted to take the element out of the oven so I could replace it with a new one, however, as I did so the wires (they attach to the heating element and enter the oven from the back) came unhooked. One wire is still visible, however, the other end of the wire has slipped into the back of the oven and is now know where to be found! Does anyone know how to get the missing wire back, so I can reattach the new heating element to it?

I have tried to remove the oven from it's current location but due to renovating the kitchen floor I am not able to simply pull the oven out. I can not fit in the space to work on the oven from the back. HELP!!

Thank you!!!!

There are only 2 ways, the remove the oven and attach them from the back, or try to find the wire with needlenose pliers or a hook through the hole.
