Need to replace shelf studs, stud model number ps430556. tried to pull the damaged ones out, but no luck the expansion stud is holding firm. Anyone know the trick to this?

You can purchase those on the internet from a page called appliance repair clinic. The parts are a little costly but come over night or its free

Here is a link to one of the supports
Model FRS26R4AW4

Take a look in the Cabinet section F100 at the bottom of the page.

1. Grab the movable pin with a pair of pliers and pull it out (may not come all the way out but should move a little), this should let the forks behind the support collapse so you can remove it.

2. If this does not work then try pushing it all the way in.
