Interior of Bosch SHY56A0 built in dishwasher used to be clean when cycle complete. Now has white film running down from detergent/drying agent cup. Glasses in top rack have film on them too. The dishwasher seems to complete its cycle properly.

could be undesolved hardness minerals like calcium and magnesium run a couple cycles with citric acid in detergent cup and an ounce or two just in bottom of tub. Put your glasses in the wash too You can get citric acid behind the counter at any pharmacy it comes in granules. Then take a water sample to Sears and have them test your water it's free. The water out here is 15-20 GPG depending where you live and I have seen farmers with 40 GPG comong out of thier wells

Have you changed either your detergent or rinse aid? Have you changed the cycle type you are using? Have you changed the water temperature of your hot water heater? Mineral deposits dropping out of solution is temperature dependent. Has anything changed with your water supply? One thing to try is to drain some water from your hot water tank. Let it run till it is clear. Most often water hardness problems are solved by using a different detergent. Unfortunately it is hit and miss, a detergent which solves the problem in one machine may not in another, I think it is dependent on what minerals are in the water and at what ratios. If you cannot get citric acid try vinegar it will also dissolve mineral deposits. Add a couple cups to the wash, let it start then open the door so it can sit/soak in the machine for an hour or so, then let it finish. the water out here is so hard vinigar doesn't even phase it. This is what I recommend for hard water in the midwest and have good results mix 50/50 in det cup Glass Magic and cascade complete powder which equals about a tablespoon of each then twice a month run citrc acid. Anytime you have water hardness of 15gpg OR MOREyou have to take outside measures to get good results I also disagree with Kitchen aid Eddy or what ever his name was 120 degree water isn't hot enough it should be closer to 135
