Ran the dishwasher tonight....pots/pan cycle as usual. Stopped working after final rinse. Did not drain or dry. Buttons are non-responsive. Checked the circuit breaker, it was not tripped. This is the first time we've had a problem with it. Came with the house when we bought it 6 years ago. Where do we start to figure out the problem?

check line voltage remove the kick plate and terminal box cover where house wiring comes into it to make sure one of the wire nuts didn't burn off

aftewr that check the thermal fuse in the control panel normally clipped to the control board it will be white with 2 wires plugging in on each side you can check with an ohm meter
