Samsung bottom freezer/ model RB195BSSW serial 133141AL900146R
Issue: Ice build up on freezer ceiling, rails, icemaker, and rear vents (back panel). Also water in crisper area.
Action taken to date: DA47-00095E T-fuse and DA32-00006W Temp sensor have been replaced.
Questions: Is this a known issue and if so has samsung issued a solution? I am an out of warranty service technician w/o access to direct techline support from samsung? I don't do any warranty, would samsung provide tech support, if yes does anyone have the correct phone number?

Well, I learned that you cannot get through to samsung techline. You must enter a 7 digit code before speaking to anyone. I haven't been out on this I'm just trying to help a co-worker, but it really sounds like a poor seal somewhere. But I'd still like thoughts from somebody more experienced with samsung to confirm whether a tech bulletin, exists for this issue.
