Does the pilot light increase when the thermostat calls for heat?

If it does then make sure the gas valve temperature sensing bulb is in the middle of the pilot flame.

Here are the breakdown diagrams and Replacement parts for MAGIC CHEF CLY1610ADB RV RANGE- GAS | AppliancePartsPros.com

As soon as the oven thermostat turned on, the pilot flame has to be increased in order to provide more heat to the gas valve sensing bulb. The gas valve will open the gas to the oven burner only if the temperature sensing bulb is hot enough.

The problem can be improper installation and/or adjustment of the oven thermostat or a bad pilot.

There is a pilot adjustment screw on the thermostat.

Gene.
P.S. BTW, what was the original problem?

Exact same thing we are dealing with I was directed to change the thermostat so I did that and it seemed to work that one time.I ahave one more question at the end fof the thermocouple there is an open area like a crimp or punch from the factory is that normal.Iwill try to make adjustment thank you very much for your help.
