Washer will do nothing but spin. No matter where the dial is set, when the start button is pushed, the spin light comes on and the spin begins. Machine turns off after an appropriate amount of time.

I would appreciate your thoughts. Thanks.

I cannot get your model number to come up, so can you check it and repost, otherwise we cannot help.

We may not even be of much help with the model number, but if we can see what machine you have that will make help more likely.

The model number was incorrect but the problem has been solved. I heard from a different source to unplug the machine, rotate the dial several times and then plug it back in. This apparently reset everything and the it now work normally.
