The display in my 2.5 year-old double oven went blank. I can turn the lights and fans on but I cannot read anything in the screen (not even the clock). I tried resetting, cleaning connectors and any suggestion posted on the web.
My conclusion is that I will have to replace parts... My question is: should I replace the control panel (P/N 8302319) or the display component ( P/N 8300435)? or both? Is there any way to know for sure where is the problem?
Thank you

I have the same problem. Did you have to replace both parts. The control panel is tough to get, and backordered, so I guess this is at least part of the problem.

I ordered both parts just to be safe. Unfortunately I received the wrong display and the control panel, as you said, is backordered. As soon as I receive it and solve the problem I will post my results here. Hopefuly it will save you some $$ or time (if the control panel ever arrives)

I have the same problem with our double oven.
What was your solution?

I ordered and replaced both parts and the oven is working now. Just be patient since the control panel took a while to arrive (7 weeks!)
Needless to say... this was not an economical solution. Ended up spending around $300 for both parts.
